For reason of safety, be careful with the temperature. Twizz being insulating, you will fill your beverage/food's temperature only when drinking; you may burn yourself. A hot liquid will create overpressure inside Twizz when closed, be careful. Avoid keeping your products near a heat source or letting it too much time in the sun, this may damage it. It also can be damaged if it falls down. When you don't use it, store your Twizz in OPEN position to avoid bacteria's proliferation. To carry your Twizz ensure that is completely closed and in a vertical position. Do not use Twizz cups to keep hot baby food or dairy products (risks of bacterial contamination). Do not let young children unsupervised use Twizz products and/or its straw (which is removable).

Delivery information and returns
We offer free express shipping within Australia on all orders over $75!
Standard deliveries will take 5-14 business days, depends on your area.
Expedited will take 3-5 business days, depends on your area.
Priority will take 1-3 business days, depends on your area.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Please note that we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. We do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.
The refund can be granted only on full price items, not on discounted one.
Within a term of 5 days, the Customer shall have the right to revoke the agreement and this without having to justify his/her decision or having to bear costs other than returning shipping costs.
The term to revoke the agreement shall expire following a period of 5 days in which the Customer or any third party who is not the carrier and was appointed by Customer has actually taken possession of the goods, or in the event the Customer has ordered several products to be delivered separately, the right to revoke the agreement shall expire following the day on which the Customer or a third party who is not the carrier and was appointed by the Customer actually takes possession of the last shipment or last part of the shipment.
Faulty item return
All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch and best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery, however if you do receive faulty goods we will issue a refund.
We will only accept faulty goods returned in proper condition as set out below. If you're looking to return a faulty take in mind that the shipping cost will be at your own cost and it will be refunded only if the item is objectively damaged, after an assessment by our stuff and/or the manufacturer.
If a refund is granted and the provided goods are returned to us in accordance with the below, we will give you a refund (issued using the method you used to pay), store credit equivalent to the price of the goods purchased or we will replace the item with another one of the same price and model.
Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of some usage are not considered to be faulty. Please note the care instructions to make sure your beautiful item is looked after carefully.
Return requirements list
Returns must be received in the original condition as defined below:
- With all the original pieces (ex: straw, rings, etc)
- In its original package
Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order.
In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.

Please download your receipt and include it with your return.
We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method for all returns.
In the event that your parcel is lost, and doesn’t have tracking, Makia PTY LTD is limited in what we can do to compensate you.

Makia Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on the www.makiasworld.com. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer’s Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will be placed in the redeemer’s account. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
Risk of Loss
We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
We have made every effort to describe products, their colours and details as closely as possible. Customers are encouraged to look through all the pictures that we have made available and ask any questions as needed. Despite our efforts, we acknowledge that photography and/or monitor resolutions may cause variations in actual colours. Please refer to our returns policy for details of your rights and responsibilities in case a product received is faulty or not as described.
Makia Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Makia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Method of payment
By completing a Purchase Order, You are making an offer to purchase the product at the price set out in the website. Payment must be made at the time of submitting the Purchase Order. All Purchase Orders placed through this Website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Makia Pty Ltd. We may reject a Purchase Order, at any time prior to dispatch; any payment made by You will be refunded.
It is a condition of this Agreement that you do not resell the Products to a third party. Makia Pty Ltd does not permit the purchase of items for resale. Customers wishing to be a stockiest of Makia’s products must contact us directly, where they will be informed of the options available to buyer.

Prices of products, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of placement on the website (errors and omissions excepted). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. From time to time, special offers and price discounts will be made available to our customers and users of this website. Offers and discounts are available until the end of the quoted period or while stocks last, whichever may first occur. The item I want is “sold out” or no longer appears?

If you've been given a store credit, it will automatically come up as a payment option at the shopping bag page when you are logged in.

I have credit, how do I use it?
A note of credit is a certain dollar amount that is credited to your account. The credit note has a 2 years expiry period from the date of purchase and will appear as a payment option when you next checkout with us.
