The item I want is “sold out” or no longer appears?

Email us at info@makiasworld.com with the name of the item (or description if you can't think of it) and we'll let you know if we're getting any more back. If we are, we'll put you on the list to be notified when that particular item comes back in stock.

How do I access my store credit?

If you've been given store credit, it will automatically come up as a payment option at the shopping bag page when you are logged in.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification from us.

Where do I send my returns to?

Returns are to be sent to our head office at the following address:

 I have credit, how do I use it?

A note of credit is a certain dollar amount that is credited to your account. The credit note has a 2 years expiry period from the date of purchase, and will appear as a payment option when you next checkout with us.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), bank account, AfterPay or PayPal. 

We do not accept Diners. 

How do the gift cards work?

Gift cards are emailed immediately after payment to the person nominated (i.e. who you're giving the gift card to). You can also send it to yourself and personalise it more before forwarding it on to your friend as well :)

How long are gift cards valid for?

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
